The Assessment Process
1. Initial Assessment (90 Mins)
Using 28 specific Range of Motion and Stability tests, we identify the exact imbalances and restrictions currently holding you back. All tests will be recorded and photographed to ensure accuracy and allow for detailed analysis.
2. Expert Evaluation
Your movement patterns and test results are analyzed to pinpoint exactly where your body needs systematic support and restoration.
3. Results & Strategy (90 Mins)
We review your evaluation report together. I’ll walk you through your results and introduce your bespoke movement plan. There will be time for questions and clarity.
