One-to-One Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
Ayurvedic coaching is a holistic, personalized approach to wellbeing. Unlike one size fits all trends, this practice focuses on your unique constitution, helping you align your body, mind, and daily rhythms with the world around you
Why Choose Ayurveda?

In a world where stress, burnout, poor sleep, digestive issues, and mental fatigue are increasingly common, many people are searching for a more balanced and sustainable approach to health and wellbeing
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Ayurveda looks at the whole person helping individuals create balance through nutrition, lifestyle, movement, rest, and stress management.
Your Journey to Balance
How it works if you come on board
Step 1: Initial Chat
We begin with a 15-minute call to ensure you’re ready for this offering and that it’s the right fit for you.

Around 2 weeks before your consultation, you will receive an email with forms to complete. These help build a clear picture of your current health, lifestyle, and habits.
This includes:

You will take 2 weeks to complete these honestly and thoroughly.
Once completed, please return via email along with:

• Ages 12–16 (1 photo)
• Ages 20–25 (1 photo)
